Storkbucks Policy

The following Terms and Conditions shall govern your Storkbucks transactions (“Storkbucks Policy”) The Storkbucks Policy is associated with your Stork Wallet Account and is intended for earning points or Storkbucks and effecting payment for the purchase of products. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Stork.ph Platform and your Stork.ph customer-client Account.

HOW TO EARN STORKBUCKS?

There are two (2) ways to earn your Storkbucks:

Referrals

You will beassigned a unique referral link or code, for sharing to non-account owner/member of Stork.ph Platform.
For every successful referral with a minimum purchase value of P500.00, corresponding Storkbucks shall be credited to your Stork Wallet Account.

Rebates

After 7 days from successful delivery transaction, corresponding Storkbucks shall be credited to your Stork Wallet Account.
Storkbucks will be determined by Stork.ph, as posted and communicated to you, prior to completion of transaction.
You can also earn Storkbucks from purchases of your successfully signed up referrals subject to the limitations,as determined by Stork.ph from time to time.
All Storkbucks to be credited shall be determined by Stork.ph.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Your Storkbucks cannot be converted into monetary cash, for whatever reason.
We reserve the right to impose limits on your allowable Storkbucks to earn, from time to time.
You may use your Storkbucks to purchase products through the Stork.ph Website.
Each time you use your Storkbucks, you authorize us to reduce the value available in your Stork Wallet Account Balance by the total amount of the transaction.
We may, from time to time and without giving any reason or prior notice to you, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of your Storkbucks and we shall not be liable if any such upgrade, modification or suspension prevents you from using your Storkbucks or any part of it.
Our failure to enforce these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect our right to later enforce these Terms and Conditions.
If at any time any provision of these Terms and Conditions become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not be affected or impaired thereby, and shall continue in force as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision was severed from these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Storkbucks, and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed following Philippine law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quezon City.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) or or any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of Storkbucks if this is due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to an event or failure which is beyond our reasonable control.
