Return & Refund Policy

 

  1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date of successful delivery.
  2. A Return request must be submitted from My Account > Orders > Return Items.
  3. Proof of the Return reason must be attached to the request e.g. photos or videos.
  4. Products are returnable when you:
    • receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the Platform;
    • receive a faulty or damaged product;
    • receive a product that is not as advertised on the platform;
    • wrong item is delivered;
    • receive a product that has missing parts/items; or
    • receive a product that does not fit.
  5. Returns will only be processed if:
    • the item was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the item is in the original packaging;
    • the item is in the same condition that you received it.
    • the return request was initiated within the return coverage.
  6. Change of mind would not be considered as valid return reason.
  7. Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.
  8. Plants, Seeds, and Other Plant Products that are damaged by pests, weed eaters, chemicals, inadequate drainage, soil conditions, neglect or acts of nature, and including seeds that did not grow into new plants will not be covered by this Policy.
  9. Refund of Payment: Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return & Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions of Sale, the buyer can request for a refund for his returned items as long as the request is within the return coverage, and;
    • All refunds shall be made via suggested process of the Platform and to the person who made the original payment.
    • We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. 
    • All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the product.
    • We reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
  10. Product Warranty. If a return was initiated beyond the return coverage but within the warranty period displayed on the product page, an email will be sent to your email address after a return request has been submitted.
  11. Replacement: Subject to the terms and conditions in this Return & Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions of Sale, a customer-client may request for a replacement of such products. Such request shall be irrevocable upon notification of the request to us. Upon repair, replacement or refund being made, the customer-client shall have no further claim against us. When provided replacement products or given a refund, the non-conforming products or parts thereof shall become our property and upon  request such products or parts thereof should be shipped back to us.
  12. Give us 7 days to process your return request and we will give you a call or send you an email within this period.
