Use it to thicken soups and stews, and as an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits. The flour is so easy to use, add baking powder to make fabulous cakes. A designated processing unit steams and rolls the gluten free oats used by Glebe Farm to create their gluten free bread mixes, muesli and ciders.
