Remove dentures and rinse your mouth. 2. Clean your dentures thoroughly. 3. Squeeze the cream from the bottom of the tube. It is better to flatten the tube and not roll it. 4. Apply the cream in short strips as show in in the diagram. Do not apply too close to the edges of the denture. 5. Insert dentures into the mouth and bite firmly for several seconds. 6. For best results, wait for 15 minutes before eating.
